All production is completed within 10 business days after all products are received and artwork is approved. We are able to RUSH orders upon request, additional fees apply.
How do you ensure that my order is correct?An art proof is supplied with every order, once art proof is approved your order will be scheduled for production. Art proof must be signed off by 12pm in order for us to add the project to our schedule production, any approved art proof submitted after 12pm will be added to the following business day’s production. Please keep in mind that our standard production is 10 business days.
Do you accept rush order?*Rush services are available based on current production schedules in each department
*Art proof production must be received by 10am in order for us to add the project to the same day's production schedule.
The additional fees are as follows:
- 1 Day Rush: 50% of the total
- 2 Day Rush: 35% of the total
- 3 Day Rush: 25% of the total
Yes, AD is an approved PSST partner with SanMar.
Do you offer personalization?Personalization is offered on embroidery and heat seal projects only. Please contact us for more information.

My customer would like his logo on both youth and adult shirts. What is the best way to proceed?
To print on both youth and adult shirts with the same screen, your customer will need to agree on a compromised print size that will fit all sizes youth through adult. If your customer wishes to use two different sized prints, your order will be split and treated as two separate orders. If the order is split, you must have at least 24 pieces for both the adult and youth order.
Do you offer specialty inks?Available specialty inks including finesse, metallic, puff and glitter. Printing with any specialty ink will incur a 50¢ per print specialty ink up-charge.
- Yes, we can digitize any file in the following formats: (.JPEG, .PNG, .JPG, .PDF, .AI, .EPS)
- Standard turnaround time for digitizing is 2-3 business days
- The cost is $45.00 up to 10,000 stitches, additional $5.00 per every 1,000 stitches exceeding 10,000
- Reminder: Small details within your logo can be challenging to reproduce through embroidery, all letters and numbers must be a minimum of .25” tall
- Yes, one free sew out is available for every new DST file submitted
- Art cut off time is 12 p.m. EST to receive a sew out the following business day, anything received after 12p.m. EST will be received in 2-business days
- Editing is not available for existing DST files, if you would like your file to be edited we will redigitize it in-house and you will be charged our digitizing fee.

Can I engrave a logo and a custom name on a product?Yes, you can engrave a name and a logo on almost any product, but please contact us to discuss your goals.

How do I submit a master order file?Contact our team with your project details and we will coordinate how to submit your master file and artwork. Your file should identify the product style or item number, color, size, and quantity for each recipient, the logo or artwork reference and placement for each product, each recipient’s name and complete shipping address, and any shipping instructions. Have a file format you already use? Send it over and we will review it.
Can one master file include multiple shipping addresses?Yes. Your master file can include multiple recipients and delivery addresses, whether the products are going to individual customers, employees, or multiple business locations. Clearly identify the products, sizes, colors, quantities, logos, and decoration locations associated with each recipient.
Are fulfillment shipments blind shipped?Yes. All outbound shipments are blind shipped, without Alpha Decorators branding identifying us as the fulfillment provider.
Can you ship using my UPS account?Yes. We can ship using your UPS account or ours. Let our team know your preference when coordinating the order.
Do I need an API integration to use fulfillment?No. You can submit or upload your master order file without an API integration. API integration is an additional option for connecting your ordering system to Alpha Decorators. Explore API integration.
